Here's some information to get you started. It's heavy on pictures, and light on information. However you can use the titles from any dress or costume that interests you, to do your own internet searches.

1. Venezuela - see the final page of this document http://www.geocities.com/embaven/PerfildeVenezuelaenIngles.doc

2. Mexico - retail business in Oakland CA http://www.corazondelpueblo.com/ropa.html

3. Here are various national/typical costumes from various countries featured at the same website
(a) Argentina - Gaucho cowboys http://www.superstock.com/search/Gaucho
(b) Peru - Quechua Indians http://www.superstock.com/search/Quechua
(c) Bolivia - Aymara indians http://www.superstock.com/search/aymara
(d) Chile http://www.superstock.com/search/puerto%20varas
(e) Mexico - mariachi http://www.superstock.com/search/mariachi
(f) Panama - Kuna Indians http://www.superstock.com/search/kuna%20indian
(g) Guatemala http://www.superstock.com/search/guatemala

I hope you find this useful.

Cardiff has lots to offer, the castle is worth visiting. The Castle is situated in the city centre and surrounded by lots of shops, pubs and resturants. Cardiff bay is worth visiting as well, if your looking for a good resturant. I not sure if there are any tours, but the train service is pretty good it will get you to most places outside cardiff.
