It is not abnormal for a 3 month old baby to be teething.
My 5 month old began teething at that age and, just today, got his first tooth.

Yes, it's fine. It's a little bit early compared to the norm, but not unusual. My daughter had 2 teeth by the time she turned 4 months old.

the teeth are trying to come through the gum and it takes a while so its normal .it may be a few more weeks before you actually can feel a little tooth

Very possible.....some babies are actually born with teeth as scary as that may seem! Good luck, and my advice is take a wet cloth, put it in the freezer, and let your little monster chew on it. That helped my little one out a lot!! Good luck!

yes, some start early. They say its better for babies to start late because they can have a high fever with it, and fevers are more harmfully the younger they are.
