bit part in the first....but he was not the killer in that movie

Ari Lehman, who portrayed the young Jason Voorhees in Friday the 13th (The first "Friday the 13th") --- but he wasn't the killer. In the next movie it was Jason doing the killings....and you get to see the person who's unveiled as "Jason".
--- Friday the 13th Part 2; Warrington Gillette is unmasked as Jason ... however he isn't the masked Jason (in full costume the actor portraying Jason is Steve Daskawisz(Also known as Steve Dash).

Well he is IN the very first one when he pulls the girl in the lake prior to the closing credits rolling, but he doesn't show up as a killer until the second one. Remember the camp counselor finds his shed in the woods and she puts on his mother's sweater to fool him?

He comes out of the lake at the end of the first one but really doesnt start killing untill the second. His mom was the killer in the first but got her head chopped off at the end.

It shows him in the first one but he doesn't start killing people untill part two. His mom kills people in part one.
