replacementdocs.com has manuals from the amiga, to atari2600, to xbox360. you should find it all there. surprising the game makers website often has the manuals. (nintendo's website is good at that)

Find your game by system and look at the FAQs page. While these are generally walkthroughs, a lot of them start off with explaining the controls.

Usually if you Google the name of the game, Walk Throughs, Hints to the game, and Cheat Codes will pop up.
