If this is just an expression, there's not much of anything you can do to simplify it. (You can't multiply by "a", because there's no other side of the equation you can multiply to balance it.)
Most likely it says to evaluate the expression for specific values of a, b, c, and d, which are likely given in the directions. Plug in those numbers, and follow the order of operations to get a number answer.
One other possibility is that the - in your expression is actually an = sign and the directions say to solve for one of the variables in terms of the others. If that's true, you solve just like any other equation. The difference is that your answer will be a formula, rather than a number.

u need to figure out what b, d,c, and a is. Then u take 4 times b then 5 times d. After that u take a divided by a. then you take the answer from 4 times be and u add it to the answer of 5 times d. then u take the sum of that and find the differenc from c divided by a. In other words use oder of operrations.
