No, because most governments in the middle east are ran by religious groups not political parties. So, its hard for two different religious groups to agree on things in a democratic way, because their running the government through their beliefs and you how sensitive people can get when it comes to religion.

Think about this, two freely elected, democratic governments have never gone to war against each other. (The key words are 1. FREELY ELECTED and 2. DEMOCRATIC)

democracy needs maturity of voters and if people are not enough mature and think critically it doesn't work fine , so its not the pancea !

certainly not! it's not possible to have an all democratic government. Not even ours, and i hope that no one ever does have a compleate democratic government.
