Well, a "Burial" of a superstar never takes place during a match, But it is when two or more superstars are cutting a promo, And one superstar (Usually Heel) Starts to bash the other superstar, Taking repetative cheap shots. So, to "Bury" a superstar means that one superstar gets repetavley insulted with bad things that are somewhat true in the eyes of a "Hater", The superstar getting Buried does not come back, and makes it seem like the other superstar is a much better wrestler Example HHH: Cena You cannot Wrestle! Cena: Well... HHH: And You are nothing until you get this belt! And you wont Get It! Cena: My Fans will be behind me. HHH: Yeah, But too bad your fans cant watch the PPV because it is past their bed time! Cena: You do not say That! HHH: Hey, how about that little fan over there gives you his foam belt, will that make you feel better? That is an example of a burial, That segment happened about 2 weeks ago on RAW. JOBBING may be another example.

Either your supervisors, colleagues, college professors, or anyone connected to your business. A professional reference would never be a relative, a friend, or a minister... those are character references.

People who you worked with like your former supervisors. I hope you have a lot who would give you good ones because I had a couple and they all thought I knew how to file which isn't true so pick someone who knows your work ethics.
