i asked a question about growth and someone said to do calastetics but i don't know what they are? and by the way is it true your hieght only grows a few yrs after your period cause i got mine when i was 12 and am almost 15 and am only 5' 1/4 how the hell am i gonna do normal things like drive

You poor thing... you sound so worried.

It is a form of exercise which is good at any age.

Look at the height of the adults in your family.....chances
are that when you are fully grown you will be around the
same height.

I started my period at 12 and I continued to grow for a long time.
I stopped at 5'8".

You'll be okay.

Calisthenics are a type of exercise. That might help you grow, but I'm skeptical. No, you can grow for several years after you begin to get your period. I got my period at age 13, and I continued to grow until I was 20! Try not to worry about it.
