Yes, but only if you use it.
If you open the tin and you or someone else uses the milk inside it gives the impression that it has disappeared.
If on the other hand you open the tin and nobody uses the milk inside then no it does not disappear.

It only evaproates in things it will not evaporate in the tin but you shouldn't try and reuse your leftovers it goes bad exceedingly fast.

no, its just called that because the water is evaporated from it. add water and it becomes proper milk again!
