i need like a cool easy witches costume craft for my cousins doll.

Use a black sock with the toe cut off and holes for the arms for the "dress" (I guess that kind of depends on the size of your doll!).
Make a hat out of black construction paper: cut out a circle for the rim (quite a bit bigger than the doll's head) and cut out a circle inside of that - about the diameter of the head) then make a cone shape with some more paper and tape or glue it like that. cut tabs on the bottom to be folded outwards. Slip the cone through the hole in the cirlce and tape the tabs to the underside of the circle.

you can go to google and type in halloween crafts and on some of the websites they tell you the crafts or you can enter search form there you could specify or generalize your craft needs and who knows maybe youll find a better craft project to do I hope I helped ........Goodluck!!!!!
