halloween is coming up and me and my friends are throwing a party we need to get music but we dont want to pay for it cuz theres like 60 songs so advice plz?

There are many record company sites who allow you to listen to tracks for free, but not download them onto your hard-drive. If you have decent speakers with amps on your PC, that shouldn't be too much of a problem. Just use your PC like a jukebox.

download limewire..make sure you have sharing disabled..so no others can access your computer..type in what your lookin for..movies..songs..ect..there ya go :-)
