The Reliant Robin (technically not the Robin Reliant, although often known by that name) is a three-wheeled car built between 1973 and 1981. It has two wheels at the back, and a single wheel at the front. It was famously known as the company van for Trotters Independent Traders (TIT) in Only Fools and Horses, and also appeared in Mr Bean.

The Reliant Motor Company manufactured their Robin series of cars from 1973 - 1981, and from 1989 - 2001.
If you've seen any of the Mr Bean TV shows, the little blue three-wheeler he keeps running off the road is a Reliant Robin.
