Even though I'm very uncomfortable with the death penalty I don't really feel bad when someone like this is executed. It's certainly not a thing to be happy about or to rejoice about. I know he committed unspeakably horrible crimes but I just feel very uneasy about killing people. The purely evil "Night Stalker" Richard Ramirez on September 20, 1989, was found guilty of 13 counts of murder. His death sentence hasn't been carried out yet. Why do they drag this out so long?
