Let them sort out the bloody mess. Once they have, the remaining people in Iraq will welcome back the allied troops as liberators, and we can take it back. And the oil will still be there. Sheer genius.

Al Qaeda is only a very small minority over there.The violence is almost all sectarian warfare between the Sunni's and Shia. Al Qaeda is not going to become any type of power there because they are somewhat allied with the Sunni's and Shia Iran is going to become the dominant force in the area thanks to our destabilizing the region

well.. .the funny thing is... ask a Republican about al Queda and they will tell you it's weak and almost destroyed... so weak in fact, we don't even need to worry about it's leader, Osama...
but then talk about pulling out of Iraq.. .and all of a sudden al Queda is a huge force that will sweep in and take over the country... the same weak force that is almost destroyed, will turn it into a terrorist super country...
which one is true? probably somewhere in between... alQueda is still a threat... but doesn't have the capability to take over a country...
