ooh that version is AWESOME..the black and white one! and pretty damn funny too.. i like it much better than the keira knightley one.. i'm sure the BBC one w/ colin firth is pretty good too..but as a movie, the original stands alone! :)

It wasn't Sense and Sensibility but it was "Pride and Prejudice" that he starred in opposite Greer Garson. It's a great movie.

His name is spelt Laurence not Lawrence.
I do not know of an adaptation of Sense and Sensibility that was not named the same.
So no I don't know that there is one.
