Yes, he can indeed get a TRO against your BF. You are still a minor and it would not take much for him to say you are in jeopardy and be granted a TRO. You may not have any choice, he (your father) is looking out for your safety and that will be considered first.
Other than that he could tell you not to meet, but beyond that, no, not really legally he can do.

I don't think your father would really try to carry that along. Also, to legitimize that restraining order, they would need your signiature as well, since the restraining order would be for you. I'm not exactly sure how these restraining orders work in the US though, I'm just guessing. Have a discussion with your dad. Tell him that if he doesn't stop campaigning for the biggest prick of the year award, that you will get a restraining order, only not against your boyfriend...

Legally your parents are responsible for your well being and that includes who you associate with. He can have your bf served with a restraining order for his property as well he can be ordered to not come within 500 feet or so of you or him. If he waits until he is 18, then it can get more serious. If you care for both of them I would advise perhaps you cool it before it turns ugly.Your bfs may come and go but your dad is a one time deal. Your dad as well can report you to juvenile authorities as uncontrollable and have you sent away for your own protection, rare but legally possible.

Yes he can. Keep in mind that when your BF turns 18, he enters a whole new realm, and well, ever heard the term 15 will get you 20?

Yes, he can. Every heard the term "jail bait"? That's what you are. Here's the deal: I suspect your statement that he "has never, ever threatened me or my family" covers up a HOST of sins and bad behaviors. Believe me when I tell you that a guy who does not respect, honor, and treasure a girl (and that does NOT mean that he's jealous or controlling--those are NOT things one does for love) she's in for a lot of miles of very, very bad road.

If you are underage, he need merely wait til the BF turns 18 and then arrange to claim statutory rape. Or just tell him he is not welcome at the house and to stay away. He is your dad and you are still a minor. You can always sue to get immancipated, but you better be ready to pay your own way in the world.
