Drooping soft or drooping dry?

Overwatering is the #1 way houseplants are killed. Could be you overpotted into too large a container.....should be no more than 2" larger that previous container. Too big, the soil stays wet too long.

Did the root ball crumble when you replanted. That could have damaged the roots. No roots, no water uptake.

Was there a lot of peat moss in the mix? Was it moist when you repotted. A clump of dry peat moss is very hard to get wet, especially when in the container.

I assume you are watering so it's not drought.

Disease......I'd go back to a root rot question. Spaths are pretty hardy. Granted they take lower light, but not death's dark corner.

Finally...and where I'm heading.....if it has grown considerably, could it need repotting....are you watering and fertilizing enough? A pot full of roots has little soil left to hold water and nutrients.

Best bet is to knock it out of the pot and look and sniff. Stinko roots and woil, then overwatering. A massive root ball, repot.

Sounds like over-watering. These need protection from direct sunlight warmth (not less than 55F) in the winter months and should be kept out of draughts. Reduce watering in winter months. At other times keep compost moist at all times but his doesn't mean sodden. Repot in Spring when the plant can then be divided if necessary.
Good luck.
