That probably depends on the state you send them to.

You should probably be paying them less than minimum wage, though, because they may end up legally having to file taxes in both states and getting double taxed.

I hope for your employees sake that they live near the border of the state you're sending them to and aren't hoofing around the country on a fiver and change an hour.
