Has a pro-bono attorney but has asked my brother pay her attorney fees but shes getting her attorneys services FREE! did I miss something here I knew she had fallen off the deep end but dam this is going a bit far to get back at him for divorcing her isn't it?A little extreme.

Attorney Fees is what the Notice I just read from his attorneys office I think I know the difference between court and attorney costs .

If the lawyer is really pro bono then it should be free and if that's the case, your brother's ex is just trying to bleed him dry. Does he have an attorney of his own?

How do you know he is pro-bono? Secondly are you sure it's not the court costs she wants him to pay for? Those have nothing to do with attourney's fees.
