Im looking for low hipsters that are long, flared, and perferably form fitting. probably not over 70 but if there really really good maybe.

Aeropostale! they always have nice jeans and they have great sales. I got my jeans on clearance last week for only $8.50. I have never paid more than $21 for a pair of jeans there

go to marshalls, tj maxx, ross, aj wright. they have nice jeans just like the ones you find at the mall but cheaper ones. or if you don't like going to stores like that, you can go to macys. they have the brand angels and it looks real nice on the butt. it only costs about $20-$50. plus when it's on sale, sometimes you can only get it for $10! lol.
