You have a question that may have no real answer. I doubt there is a price guide on ID badges. You must locate the person that actually knows what you have and wants it. It actually falls out of the realm of tokens and medals. It does not fall into any of the pin badge categories either. You could check with an antique dealer, but I think most of what he will say, will be hot air. As you may notice I don't think too highly of antique dealers, unless they are world famous and even then keep my hand on my wallet. I collect coins and have seen antique dealers take advantage of people, that's not to say coin dealers are all honest either, but most are. Sorry I could not be of more help, I know of no group or organization, that deals with what you have.
