Well, there are many, so hard to choose just one.

I mean, there's Emily for god sakes, that's a nightmare all on its own!

But I guess it would have to be the time that they published my unlisted phone number in the phone book, along with my address, so that my stalker ex-boyfriend was able to call me and find out where I lived. I had moved there specifically to get away from him. When I called Bell Canada to change my phone number and complain, the woman had the unmitigated GALL to not only NOT apologize for putting my life at risk, but actually turned it around to make it sound like "I" was at fault somehow! I ended up getting a refund on my unlisted number surcharge for 6 months, but I had to fight for it. They offered me nothing and never did apologize.

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.

Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

first they didn't give us the channels we wanted and then none of them worked for about a week and they wanted us to fix or replace some piece . I don't even know what the piece was called.and then they charged us for movies we didn't get.there is more but that's all i can think of right now.

No specific stories but I was with them for a very short time and left due to the constant crappy service.
