i am a veteran of nam and i bought A house with my first wife and we was married for 6 years and she had 3 kids none of them were minds. we have no kids together. I decided to let her live in the house because of her kids at the time. she has been there for about 20 years and is remarried to a preacher.The house is under a va loan in my name.

you should contact a lawyer to see if you have any rights now.this should have be address at the time of your divorce.

I am not to sure what you are asking, do you still have 6 years left to pay, also did she pay you rent on the house for the 14 years she lived on her own, also does she still want to live in the house

if your name is on the deed and the loan, she owes you a lot more than 6 years worth...she is not entitled to the va loan reduced rates...and worse still, you could get in trouble for it. some preacher, i guess he belongs to the suck benefits off the guy who fought for our country while i was in priest training church...I wonder what jesus would do?
