Right where to start. I was on the pill for 3 months but came off due to irregular bleeding. my GP then put me on a course of norethisterone (utovlan) to stop the bleeding which worked, but i havent had a period since, this was 3 months ago, now, my tummy above my vagina is really hard, also a bit above it on each side of my stomach is hard. I have experienced some sickness but thought nothing of it as a bug was going round, but now i'm feeling 'butterflies', like im on a ride at a fairground, and i am always hungry!! I have also put on a bit of weight and im tired more than usual lately. i did 2 pregnancy tests 2 weeks ago and both were negative, but now am waiting for the doctor's result, so im baffled! can anyone advise me?

Why go to a General practicioner, you need to see a Gynocologist. If you have to go to a planned parenthood or other clinic if you can't get a GYN appointment. You also may be experiencinig side effects from the utovlan. Do another pregnancy test, and don't buy a cheap one pay the money to be sure. Good luck.

For most moms-to-be, the first signs of a baby on board are sore breasts and a late period. Other common early pregnancy experiences include:

Abnormal period

Breast soreness

Change in appetite

Constipation

Difficulty concentrating

Fatigue

Feeling totally normal

Frequent urination

Lightheadedness

Mild cramps

Mood swings and being overly emotional

Nausea or vomiting

Sensitivity to odors

You are probably not pregnant. Unless you had intercourse, then you might be.
