hey i'm going to florida for 6 days, i'm an international student from ireland and travelling with a group of other internationals. well we are wondering if anyone can recommend things to see and do and also nite life?! thanks in advance

There is a lot to do in Florida. It really depends were you are going. The state is huge it can take you 8 hours to drive from one end to the other. Key west has a great night life, so does South Beach (Miami). Ft. Lauderdale is a little more reasonable and has good night life and great beach access. If in south Florida do a swamp tour, very interesting look at the wild life. If in central Florida (Orlando) all the theme parks are good but expensive. Check out some of the web sites below.

Florida is also named as " The Sunshine State" because of its climate so it is famous for its beaches, warm & sunny weather!
Tallahassee is Florida's capital, while Jacksonville is the largest city & MIami is the state's biggest Metropolitan area.
Other major states are Tampa & St. Petersburg.
Florida's business is tourism. Theme parks such as Walt Disney World & Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida draw millions of visitors a year.

Cocoa Beach - you just might see a rocket launch.
The west coast of Florida from Clearwater to Naples - beaches and the BEST sunsets on earth.
Saint Augustine - 1st settlement and the old fort.

You don't say WHERE in Fla. If South Fla: Nothing beats SoBe for nitelife. Everglades Nat. Park is tops for nature.
