he likes you as a friend...............are you serious, that means he wants to go out with you(or the other something else, if you know what I mean)

From a guy's view he likes you a lot...more than just friends. And if you are really not sure talk to him. It's the only way you can really find out for real.

It really depends. You should ask him what he means. It could mean he really likes you and would like to see where the relationship goes, or maybe he's trying to tell you nicely that he just wants to be friends.

If he only likes you as a mate he will say 'i like you a lot BUT...' if ur unsure just bite the bullet and ask him upfront his feelings towards you.

when a guy tells you he like you alot, be carefull because it usually leads to just a friendship thing. but one thing never let your guards down unless you know physically, emotionally, the guy is yours.
