I already have itunes but i don't know what to do next?

I believe you simply delete the songs off of your library on itunes and then update your ipod, or, if you are at a new computer or a different one than the one that you loaded the songs on with, you simply plug in the ipod and they should erase, because you have an empty itunes library.

when you connect you ipod to itunes it should come up w/an icon for your ipod that lists all of the music and everything else on it, just like in your normal library. make sure your in the ipod library and all you have to do is click on the songs you want to delete and and then hit the delete button on your keyboard or right click and click delete

when you connect your ipod it shows up on your itunes menu (left) oopen that menu, erase the songs, and you're ready to add more :) (just erase them from the main library, not only your playlists)
