relax yourself...stick up gently...and see if it's comfortable..if it's not, try again, but if it's ur first time it might hurt a bit because it's like...yeah..i wont even try explaining..though that's all you need to kno.

Open the package and insert the tampon fully inside the vagina. Your vagina is the orifice located between your urethrea and anus. Most tampon products come with an insertion device as part of the packaging. Is this a real question? It seems sort of "slow minded". If you're old enough to require tampons, surely you've attended health class talks about them. It's awfully basic information.

There are instructions in the pack how to insert them,but also read the side affects as there not for everyone
