Ok, here's the truth. I have been wearing make up since 14 and I'm 24 now. About I'm very picky about liquid eyeliner! So, I've tried clnique, dior, este L, Avon, cover girl, sephora etc...
I love the Dior thin brush and little bottle, but theres another bottle Nordstrom sell's that's realy a great eyeliner never comes off and it starts with an S. I forgot! But if you like sparkle eyeliner try Urban decay and if you like super soft pencil eye liner try benefit!

Clinique Quickliner for eyes - comes with a smudgie on the other end and I've noticed it doesn't wear off too quickly - especially if you use eye cream in the a.m.

I like liquid liner from Maybelle and Loreal. Its water proof smudge proof.

I love liquid eyeliner.....doesnt hurt to put it on, its SUPER easy to put on(it has a skinny brush!) AND it lasts LONG after it dries..I never every wear makeup and i know nothing about it, but when i do wear make up, this is what i go for....So simple!

the gel ones like Mac or Bobbi Brown. They come in a small container and are waterproof.
