It's possible that you simply retain too much water, making your cheeks seem puffier than normal. Try a diuretic, like Diurex; it MIGHT help.
I've also heard that when people lose weight from working out, the first place it becomes noticeable is the face. Maybe try jogging a few miles a week, and who knows, maybe it'll work. :)

lossing weight can make a little bit of a difference in you face, but that depends on how much u loose really, 4 lbs prolly wouldn't help in terms of your cheeks.
i would try to play around with some bronzer. try putting some below your cheekbone... hope this helps!

this works
open your mouth as wide as you can for 10 secondsthen close it for 5 seconds. do it repetedly through out the day at least 50 times a day and your cheeks will be smaller at the end of the week.
