First of all never reply to or even click any links inside an unwanted email (often called a spam).
These junk mailers spoof email addresses and try to get replies sent to them to confirm if your email address is real and then they will use certain command line softwares to fill your mailbox with unwanted emails.
Best practice is to mark them as SPAM or JUNK.
If the option is not available then select them all and delete them.

if its happening in bulk, in mail room look over 2 your right top corner, it will say option.. click it and you can keep your bulk empty forever.. it will also tell you how 2 block someone.. and you can also ( i think ) right click onto the one who is sending you mail, and block them that way too.. never open mail from those you do not know.. once you open it, it will sell your addy 2 the world.. do not list your addy on your profile.. thats another way spammers steal... bummer eh

Depending on your email carrier, but there should be an option somewhere that allows you to block specific addresses and domains.

spammers don't put real return addresses in their emails because then everyone would write them back complaining! and then they'd spam themselves, lol
