I bought a 5th Generation iPod Video. I have a Windows computer with WindowsMedia, Quicktime (I think), and iTunes. Also, my standard DVD player is InterVideo WinDVD 4 (that's what starts when DVD's are put in my computer). Now, I've read a lot of answers to this question, but a lot of these things aren't working.
Oh, one more thing: I thought I had it a couple of hours ago, but when I checked "Sync Movies," it told me I'd have to wipe my iPod for some reason. I have all of my music saved and nothing happened, but it still freaked me out cuz it looked important... Please help!

Ok, here's what you do. You need to download this mp4 converter http://www.download.com/Free-iPod-Video-Converter/3000-2194_4-10498771.html?tag=lst-0-1
don't worry it's free and works. As soon as you convert your videos into mp4 format, drag them to i-tunes and they should automatically upload to your ipod.
