My friend has been looking for a small teddy bear for her mother's birthday. The only problem is that she wants one that is made in the UK, not in China or anywhere else, and hasn't come across one yet. Does anyone know a shop who sells them? She lives in Surrey but is willing to travel anywhere within London.

I've been having a look & found loads of bears for sale, see your problem though, they don't always say where they are made.
Try the links below - there are some really cute bears out there.
I think that Merrythought, Deans & the Cotswold Bear Company are UK - but they do seem to be rather (well, more than rather, VERY, lol) expensive. Though, they might just be what you are looking for.
A lot of the shops in the link welcome queries - so maybe emailing one of them might help you find the bear that you are looking for.
