I had a friend that got her tongue pierced, she said it hurt like crazy, they are poking a hole through your tongue. Hers also got infected, her tongue swelled up and she had to be put in the hospital for a few hours so she could breathe. I don't think that it is something that I would ever do.

My daughter got hers done and she said it didn't hurt when she first got it but the next day is when it hurt a little and then her tongue swelled up the next day and for a few days and then she was fine. She is now glad that she did it.

Have you ever bit your tongue accidentally? Imagine some one punching a hole clear through it...not to mention the possibility of getting an infection afterwords.

I would think so,bit your tongue hard,then think about someone pulling your tongue out and putting a bar though it.

Yes and lately there has been proof that piecing your tongue can cause all kinds of infections .

I'm the biggest wimp in the world and I did it. It hurts more the next day than actually getting it done. I fainted when it was over with.

yeah and i woouldnt get one cuz when u sleeping it might go down yo throat and when u eating and stuff
