let me guess... you eat but you are not pasing it out... and it alarms you that you only pass motion once a week and its only like one small piece... ok you have the same problem with my sister in law,.. she also cannot.. but it was shown that her problem was being overlly stressed out... yup... consult a doctor... he might also give you tabets or a drink that is supposed to make you pass out lots in half hour. but it didn't work for my sister in law... so the best thing is to destress yourself... she claims that during a holiday, she can can pass motion easily...
cheers

If the pain becomes suddenly very sharp or crushing call 999. Lots of people die every year and the autopsy shows they have been taking indigestion remedies for heart problems!

Fist thing....go to the doctors. More than likely you may have an ulcer for one reason or another.Stress, not eating properly, smoking, drinking more than you should.some causes. I am on a pill I got from the doctor that deals with a bug that can grow in the lining of the stomach called Pylori. This causes a burning sensation if not dealt with.

Tablets just relieve the acid they do not treat the cause You must go to your doctor, it could be simple and you may just need to cut the crap out of your diet or loose weight or give up alcohol or spicey foods or rich breads/butter/cheese. Or it could be more serious like a hiatus hernia or an ulcer. If you do not deal with it you could end up with an ulcer because of the acid eating away at your stomach or oesaphagus so go to your doctors asap. why do men not go for medical assessment when they need it??? good luck!

Go to the doctors, you silly boy!!!
I don't wish to alarm you, but indigestion-like pain can also be indicative of a heart complaint. You really must get yourself checked out. Fingers crossed it's just too much junk food!

Go to your doctor, it could be acid reflux (not reflex) action. If it is, it can be controlled by medication. Please don't worry. It may even be an ulcer, which can also be treated. Hope it gets better soon

If you drink alcohol, stop. Stay away from spicy foods and dairy, and most importantly, go to the doctor.
