I used to play this game. But I never won. How do we know if they even print a Short Line Railroad stamp? Do we ever know who the winners are?
Also, let's say they print a Short Line stamp, what if someone gets a game piece with their order, looks at it and it's Short Line Railroad. Then he throws it away because it's not an instant winner and they aren't collecting the stamps. What happens then?

Yeah sure idiot, I'll accept $200,000 when I can cash the piece in for $5 million! Nice try bud! You can buy the other 3 railroads for about $1 on eBay because without the money piece (Short Line) they're completely useless!
