ok so the other day me and my friends were drinking then it got real late and everybody left and i told a friend thats only 20 to come back and i would treat him out to eat........ so my friend comes back and on the way he hits a park car on my street.......now all my other friends are blaiming me that it is all my falt for telling him to come back because iam much older ......iam 25 years old ....so who falt is it realy

Please tell me he was sober. If he wasn't then BOTH of you are at fault.
You for not telling him to use a public transportation, and him for driving.
If he is sober then why is it your fault, after all, I'm sure he has his license to drive. You just invited him to come back.

Since the legal age of responsibility in most states is the age of 18, your friend is responsible. He was also the one driving the car; therefore doubly responsible. He is old enough to make his own decisions and whether you suggested to return or not, it was HIS decision.
Being old enough to be responsible by law is quite enough, regardless of the age of the person "suggesting" he do something or not.
