How can I get new sweats from shedding .. .?

I have washed them but still leaving lint on clothes.

Wash them inside out.

I wash them alone and hang them to dry There is really no way to keep new clothes from shedding. I wash a lot of my clothes alone on small cycle so I don't have this trouble.
Dry cleaning them will also prevent this and they will never fade, but I`m sure you don't want to pay to have your sweats cleaned....Good luck.

Put them in a pillow case and tie the open end off.Wash as usual.
