If that were true almost all teenage guys would be over 7 feet tall by the time they hit 20 and adults would just keep getting taller and taller since most never stop masturbating.

It doesn't make you taller. It just makes you release sperm since it was in "storage" for quite a while and it's something that needs to be released. If not, then the sperm recycles or something like that.
