Do something u really enjoy, thats what counts. If music is ur thing, listen to some tunes u love; if socialisn makes ya feel better, go ahead and be friendly; if talkn 2 som1 u enjoy talkn 2 makes u feel better, then maybe thats all you need. There are millions of things to do, but it all depends on whatever makes YOU happy.......it can be anything. Just find out what and do it......if i told u 2 do one thing i wud be cheating u, since i dont no u or wat u really like and need.......

I usually try to do something kind to someone else. That really helps in a big way.
When you sow seeds of love, that's what will sprout up in your life.

ask my self why I am so sad and down, then I make my self do things to keep me from thinking about my sadness. I walk, play music, see friends , laugh. things that I enjoy ..
