I am more concerned as to how they get into the position to be a repeat child rapist.

Can we make the laws work better so they don't get a "second chance"?

As to the question, although I am not an advocate of the death penalty, some crimes are so heinous, they earn that privledge. This is one of those crimes

Why just repeat child rapist? Forcible rape of a child by an adult should be punishable by an instant death penalty. Like in the back of the court house or something. Let them appeal their case to the devil.

well, in my opinion, child molesters should have the death pentaly the first time they harm a child, except in some instances. Punishment should depend on the severity of the case. If a 19 year old man has consentual sex with a 16 year old female, I don't think he should get death for that. If a 50 year old man rapes a 4 year old, I'm all for lethal injection.

Rapists of all persusion should be chemically castrated. If they continue to abuse after the removal of testicles then it is a mental illness which is incurable and they should be given the option to be put to sleep or used for medical testing.

I don't mean shampoo in the eye. I mean injecting cancers and other incurable diseases in them and then try to cure them any way the scientists like.

This way they have the option to give something back to society that they have taken away.

Rapists and Serial killers should be put to death period.
We should just let the rest of the inmates torture the child ones first.

Before you libs get all nuts on me - they are not human beings who follow the rules of society. They know right from wrong and CHOOSE to be wrong. The same way you CHOOSE to be wrong about abortions.

1.If I understand your proposal, you would suggest that some one that has already raped two children should be at the tune of $20,000plus a year (tax payers expense) for about 20 years ( unless you are sent to death row in Texas)of appeals be sent to Death Row.

2.I have a better Idea!
"Child Rapist"...Kill em where you find em.The World will be a better place for your efforts!

My 2 gay dads and I are Liberal FAR LEFT Democrats and we think CHILD rapists should be in jail. The rest should be left alone - as their sex life is their own business.

My good friend Dr. Feelgood is also gay.

Ahmed Al Akbarri is not and that is why I (a married woman) am sleeping with him.

No, to put someone to death in our court system costs on average, 1.2 million in legal fees and years of valuable time.

On the other hand, we can imprison them for life with a simple 400,000 life time fee. That's an 800,000 dollar savings for every tax payer, and the chance to save a soul!

no, repeating rapists simply means our justice and penal system has failed...why kill people for the governments mistakes.....we need to make sure people do not repeat their crimes...which is very practical. There are also circumstances as a person being mentally ill which a person has no control over. We cannot start killing people because they are handicapped

I agree with David B- life sentences- no parole- work or live on sustenance level food and water. Small privileges based on performance and adherence to rules. Open opportunity for assisted suicide at any time. This should be the fate of all career criminals and multi-repeat offenders.
