Anyone who depends EXCLUSIVELY on a single source of information is going to end up with some bias, but do you really think that people who watch FOX are zombies? By and large, if they're interested enough in current events to watch FOX, then they're likely to read and watch all kinds of news analyses, and a much broader spectrum of information as well. I don't bother with FOX unless I'm stuck in front of a hotel TV, but do watch the McNeil Lehrer report over the top of my Forbes or Business Week magazines. If you want really good editorials, try Investors' Business Daily.

They are an over-reaction to the preceived "liberal" bias in the other media (such as CNN). In fact, CNN is fairly middle of the road if you compare them to BBC, which is very left wing and often injects "analysis" where none is asked for. News organizations are welcome to have opinions on their shows but regular news broadcasts should not be loaded with snide comments and one-sided reports. Since Fox news is not objective, they ought to either admit to the fact and stop calling themselves a news organization, or make an honest attempt to present and take seriously all sides of an issue.

I used to be, watched it all the time. I think I watched so much I got the beginnings of crows feet. I have since turned off the television all together. I sleep much better now and with regular moisturizing I may be able to repair the skin.

You should question their accuracy. Of course you should also question the accuracy of other legitimate news outlets. You don't need to question CNN, CBS, or MSNBC. They are totally biased and not worth watching.

I don't subscribe to any ONE source of information. I usually pick a liberal and a conservative American source, then find a smattering of non-domestic sources, that way I get a more comprehensive viewpoint, and can actually think objectively about a given topic.
