No online service will give perfect translations. In most cases the translating programme cannot differentiate between, for example, comparatives of adjectives and nouns ("the cleaner the better"). If your sentences are very simple and straightforward there should not be much difficulty but most sentences are not likely to be simple.

Useful but you can never completely trust a computer programme to translate a full sentence because it will only translate word per word instead of looking for the meaning of an expression.
You should be able to be understood when using the translation though.
