c is the answer. Jupiter has 63 moons, Saturn 56 moons, Uranus 27 moons and Neptune 13 moons, All the rest are true. Though the rings of Saturn are the best known and most visible, the other three gas giants also have ring systems (I had a look in my telescope). Though not many people know that,

c is true of the inner planets: Mercury and Venus have no moons, Earth has one and Mars has two, And all the rest are untrue of the inner planets.

C. They all have tons of satallites.

This is true if you don't count Pluto as a planet. It only had one satallite.

They all have rings. Saturn's rings are just the most visible.
