Not sure what the vitals would be. I know she would have like a 19 in waistline or something along that line, and that her chest would be too big for her to stand up properly. She's like 6 foot, and no, her neck would be long and skinny!

She would stand at 7feet 3inches, her vital statistics would be that, her body would be so thin that, her organs would be a deformity and she might not even have some of them. Her neck would be more thin.

I have no idea..but then again.. who really cares? If barbie was life size... she wouldn't last to long, because..
1. she would be SO skinny, she'd die of lack of like nutrition, healthy organs.. etc..
2. People would want to have sex with her SO much.. she would probably die from a heart attack :P
