American citizen
registered in your area
The local DMV, Social Security or Secretary of State office can register you. Go to your local polls which will be on your voters registration card, and thats that.

You have to be a United States Citizen and 18 years of age. you will also have to register and prove who you are. Other than that, any uneducated ignoramus can vote.
