To grow out your hair long and healthy, you must prevent the birth of split ends and take a daily multi-vitaman.
To prevent split ends:
1. I suggest Tresemme Anti-Breakage Shampoo & Conditioner.
2. When your hair is wet use a wide tooth comb to take out the tangles. Never brush your hair with a brush when its wet.
3. Use a Heat Tamer, (Tresemme makes one) if you iron/curl your hair.
4. Use the lowest setting if possible on your blowdryer, If not, at least use a Heat Tamer.
5. Try not to use rubberbands that are tight-tight.
Hope this helps :)

True that one, who said male semen... but who is too ignorant to spell it right, and too stupid to recognize and forward to you the information that any protein, from plants or animals, is good for the dead hair that is outside the follicle!
I prefer coconut shampoo and conditioner, as it gives great body...
