my mom and i have no income right now how can we avail for free membership

I'm guessing that since you're asking in the Health section, that you're looking for a health club membership. You can go to your local YMCA and they'll get you hooked up. They offer a sliding scale membership but you have to "prove" that you are poor. I've done it. I'm not sure of the income limits though.
