Is there a Association for Drum Corps or Rules ?

If i start a drum corp what all i have to do to go with or like do i have to register with a drum corp association or something

Yes, I would start with DCI. They arrange tours. The group closest to me is The Crossmen. They are nice people they would probably be able to help you out as well. web addresses below.
