download ulead-media-studio
its enough for all ur needs
convert avi,rm,mpg
to ntsc and pal format +u can edit video cilps cut unliked clips
put special effects (3D)
amazing software
go to www.download.com and search 4 free version
or go to www.ULEAD.com
download
